The general terms and conditions apply to regular reservations made via www.ibisstylesdelftcity.nl, the hotel website or telephone reservations.
For reservations with promotions or hotel vouchers, different conditions may apply.
Cancellation conditions
You can easily cancel via the hotel directly. Please contact the hotel directly or use the contact form on this page.
Moving reservations
If you wish to move your booking and the new date or destination is more expensive than the original booking, we are forced to charge you this difference. The term for changing your reservation is the same term as for cancelling your booking. To change your reservation, please contact the hotel or use the contact form on this page.
The cancellation conditions apply to telephone bookings and bookings made via bisistylesdelfticyt.nl or our Accor hotel websites.

Payment
ibis Styles Delft offers its guests the option to book a hotel room online by paying the full reservation amount online or by paying upon check-in at the hotel (based on a payment guarantee or credit card). Payment conditions may differ per reservation and depend on the price type booked.
Liability
The catering company is liable to the guest for damage resulting from a shortcoming by the catering company in fulfilling the agreement, unless that shortcoming cannot be attributed to the catering company or to persons whose assistance the catering company uses in the execution of the agreement.
Notwithstanding this, the catering company is not liable for damage to or loss of goods brought to the catering company by a guest who has taken up residence there. The guest indemnifies the catering company against claims from guests in this regard. The provisions herein do not apply insofar as the damage or loss is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the catering company. The catering company is not liable for damage caused to or with vehicles of the guest, except if and insofar as the damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the catering company. The catering company is not liable for damage directly or indirectly caused to anyone or anything as a direct or indirect result of any defect or any quality or circumstance on, in or on any movable or immovable property of which the catering company is the holder, (hereditary) tenant, renter or owner or that is otherwise at the disposal of the catering company, except if and insofar as the damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the catering company. The liability of the catering company is limited to the amount that can reasonably be insured. If damage occurs to the goods given for safekeeping for the guest, for which a fee is charged, the catering company is obliged to compensate for the damage to these goods as a result of damage or loss. Compensation is not due for other goods present in the delivered goods. If the catering company receives goods or if goods are deposited, stored and/or left behind in any way, anywhere, by anyone without the catering company stipulating any compensation for this, then the catering company is not liable for damage to or in connection with these goods in any way whatsoever, unless the catering company has deliberately caused this damage, or the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the catering company. In all cases, the catering company cannot be held liable for compensation for damage to goods that are present in goods that are deposited, stored or left behind, regardless of whether the catering company stipulates any compensation for this.
The guest and those accompanying him are jointly and severally liable for all damage that has occurred and/or will occur to the catering company and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of an attributable shortcoming and/or unlawful act, including violation of the house rules, committed by the customer and/or the guest and/or those accompanying him, as well as for all damage caused by any animal and/or any property of which they are the holder or which is under their supervision.
